Good questions

What happens before you call?

What happens when I call?
You reach a Knoxville-area remodeling crew that is licensed, bonded and insured. You describe the room and get a free estimate over the phone; the crew confirms it on-site before work starts.
Will you price it over the phone?
No. The crew's on-site visit exists because a firm number needs someone in the room; the phone estimate gets you the range first. What you get on the phone is a conversation about scope and a visit booked.
What should I have ready?
The address, roughly how old the house is, how many bathrooms it has, what is bothering you about the one being changed, and whether anyone in the household has mobility needs now or expects to. Photographs help more than descriptions.
Which areas do you cover?
The service area is Knoxville and surrounding counties. The town pages on this site cover Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Alcoa, Clinton and Karns, across Knox, Blount and Anderson counties. If your town is not listed, ask.
Do you do accessibility and aging-in-place work?
Yes. Smart layout and accessibility improvements are a named service, described as optimising space and enhancing mobility as needed.
What about an older or historic house?
Historic home renovations are one of the named parts of what the crew handles, alongside full remodels, walk-in showers and freestanding tubs, tile and fixtures, vanities and storage, and accessibility work. Mention the rough age of the house on the first call, because in an older home what is behind the walls is most of the variable.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The estimate over the phone is free, with no obligation. The crew confirms the price on-site before any work starts.

Ready when you are.
